In December 2020 40SEVEN were successfully awarded a place on the TfL Engineering Topographical Consultancy Framework. It wasn’t until June 2021 40SEVEN carried out our first Topographical Survey under the framework. Over the proceeding 9 months 40SEVEN methodologies have been updated, and specifications amended. We now believe our surveys are completed faster and to the utmost quality utilising a variety of survey techniques most applicable to the design requirements.
Understanding the future use of the surveys we provide and the environment in which they are undertaken enables us to determine the best methodology and equipment to use. Whether that be traditional total station works, vehicle mounted laser scanning, static scanning, or on-site data analysis.
